How can i cancel my Secure plus

I find that I can cancel if I use the web client (my.arlo.com). It may vary according to whether you are using the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view videos or the new one that uses Feed. For the new UI using the web client, click on the selection at the top left shown as Secure and then on My Arlo Account. Cancel Subscription is shown at the bottom.

Thanks. I managed to cancel my order. I hope that i can also get money back, because i cancel the order during the free trial period. How can i be sure that i can get money back?

They won't normally refund when cancel the subscription, instead the subscription remains in force until the end of the current period (one month, unless you purchased the annual subscription).
