Grant access issue

I granted access to someone and whatever she did, I am locked out of the account. Not getting push notifications, she can see cameras and I can not

Is she using your account credentials, if so she has full administrative rights. Only one login is allowed for admin user.
Normally you grant her email address with an invite and she uses the email to accept to proceed.
