Firmware update loop problem on ultra 2 H10

Hello, I have two ultra 2 H10 connected to VMB5000r6 hub. One of the two ultras allways shows that an Firmware-Update is to be done. When I do that the ultra 2 starts blinking orange and blue and stops after about 30 seconds.
Unfortunately the update is not done and after the procedure the Update information is again showed. I did this now for at least 20 times, restarted the camera, the basestation... without any success. Can somebody please help me?

While it should happen automatically, it may be fastest to remove the camera from your account and add it back to get the firmware installed.

@edrotleff - if you decide to do this, I suggest doing a hardware reset while you are at it. After removing the camera from the account, take the camera out of the housing, and press the sync button inside until the camera flashes amber (~ 15 seconds).

hello, tried your suggestion removing the cam reset it and then add it - but the update loop still present 😕
It tries to update to "1.070.53.3_6_297b17b" again and again!
