Contacting support when out of the US?

My problem is I had a CVR plan for a camera. I cancelled it yet it still works. When I click on it to cancel it (yet again), it says it will work till Oct 22 yet I am past that date. I would like to switch the camera to Arlo Secure. Well, if I do, it forces me to re-renew my CVR plan and there is no way to take it off my shopping cart. I would love to contact customer service yet I am overseas and it routes me to the country I am in in chat and will not let me access the US side of things. Guess what, no phone number that I can find nor an e-mail address. Any suggestions? Thank you.
