Cancellation of Subscription

Anyone have any luck cancelling their subscription? When I contacted Arlo, they said to open safari and click on the left corner of my Arlo account. Guess what???? Arlo page just sits there with the "Please wait" and won't let me log in. Why is this not an option on the Arlo application? They said they cannot cancel my subscription and that I have to do it. Kind of hard when I cannot even get log into their website.
