Can't record in full screen when I'm on my PC anymore.

It works if in the small Dashbord windows, but once I go Fullscreen the STOP RECORDING button disappears and only the round RECORD button is present. If I press RECORD, it starts and stops after a couple seconds. It doesn't do it on the phone app.

 

This is a NEW glitch as of a few days ago, and unplugging the Smart Hub and plugging it back in does nothing. 

 

Does anyone else have this happening?

What browser? Have you tried another? I just tried on Chrome and found it generally works although full-screen does cause the record button to disappear and not reappear when I click on the display - it's a new record button, not red. However, clicking on it causes the rec wording to stop. I don't see a couple of seconds recordings, just what happens between starting recording and clicking again later, regardless of color.

I will pass it on. I just need some more information first. Can you please provide screenshots of what you are seeing. Also, can you tell me what browser you are using as well as the firmware?

Browser: Chrome

Firmware: UEFI
