I have ultra 2.  I added a 4th camera, and the system goes offline.  When I remove the camera I added, the system restores and works fine.  The camera I try to add is a Pro2.  Any suggestions?

That's truly odd. Have you rebooted the hub? When offline, what is the hub's LED showing?
