Ever since I bought this system, every few days I get the " AC power has been disconnected from this device. Please reconnect the power source to this device" I have to then climb a ladder to un-plug and plug back in. Works for 2-days, then I get the same error.
Now it shows my battery is charging by solar? I do not have solar panels.
I also pay extra for cvr on theses cameras......which is a waste because they do not work.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

It sounds like the camera isn't seeing enough voltage from the charger.
How is the camera being powered? Are you using the Arlo outdoor charger, or something else?
Do you need to remove/reattach the magnetic end of the cable? Or does removing/reapplying AC power do the job?

Is the cable faulty? Same about the charger - have tried a different one?

I have tried numerous cables, switched cameras....no dice.
I have outdoor plugs that have a built in usb port....have tried them straight to the port and have also used the arlo "block" that plugs into the standard 110v outlet.
They work fine for 2-3 days.....then give me this no ac power error?

How long is the run from the USB connection to the cameras?
Maybe try the Arlo charger (and cable) on one camera. The next time you see it, try removing the charger from the plug (instead of removing the cable from the camera), and see if that restores normal operation.
A similar idea is to turn the breaker for the outlets off and then on again, and see if that also restores normal operation.
The concept is to try and figure out if this is a connection problem, a charger problem, or a problem with the power itself.
