I have 2 cameras. One of the camera stopped detecting motion. I tried all troubleshoot but no luck. I removed camera and tried to add but not detecting now. Any solution for this?
I tried below troubleshoot:
1. Resetting camera
2. Reset hub and tried to add camera (one detected other one not)
3. Tried with new battery

If still within warranty, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer, including a possible RMA.

Then there's no solution but to replace the faulty camera.

How did you reset the camera? Did you use the hardware reset - open the housing and and press sync until the LED flashes amber (~15 sec).

some fail prematurely (I had one out of my 15 cameras fail) and there’s not much one can do about it.
wish there was some kind of diags that can be ran…
add that on top of the plan price increases and it’ld ruin anyones mood.
see my plan price increase below:
2025 $ 215.88
2024 $ 149.99
2023 $ 119.88
if you’re not fully vested into this product, proceed with caution.
