Camera battery wet

Camera wet on inside. I thought weather resistant. Any options of hardware warranty is expired? Pretty expensive camera to fail to weather after a year and a half

The usual issue is a missing or damaged o-ring that provides the weathersealing. ALso, be sure that the camera actually clicks into place in the case - I find it may take my 2 thumbs on the outside of the camera face and my hands wrapped around the case to be sure it's fully seated.
