My cameras were activating but not recording for the cloud. Was frustrating trying to sort it out. After reading online a lot of people were having same issue I was nervous it was gonna be a horrible ordeal. Luckily….. it was an easy fix. I checked my app thoroughly but with no luck. Had no idea after I scoured the app that there was an issue with billing/subscription. So I decided to try logging in on the actual Arlo website. Started checking different things for my account and seen my subscription package wasn’t covering 2 cameras because my free trial had expired. Chose a new subscription plan, added my billing info then went back to the app and restarted my home base. Few minutes later when it started back up everything was working as it should. Fairly Simple fix. Thankfully. Just thought I’d share that it may not be the camera misfunctioning. Might be something with your monthly subscription package, your card info etc something along those lines affecting the camera recording. Hope this helps another Arlo user down the road to not have as frustrating experience as I was having before finding the solution.
