CVR Timeline stopped working. Ultra 2

The CVR Timeline stopped working working at 5:58PM in 1/2/21.  Reading the previous history, I tried to reset the camera but it did not fix the issue.  Does anyone have a solution?

Did you reboot the hub? Do you have an active CVR subscription?
