It worked for a while and both cameras were visible (they are next to each with good signal strenght.
Tried to power cycle.
The Ethernet port its connected to is working. Other devices works fine on it.
I removed the cable and tried with another one, and blue light comes on.
Then after a few moments, the blue light goes off
I change BACK to the original cable and the blue light comes on.
One camera comes back. The other one gives no response.
I go and remove the battery and then put it back. It does not come back.
Then after a moment the Hub goes amber for a short time again and then goes back to blue.
This system seems so unstable.
Is this just garbage ?

It used to be good, though.

^^ Rather a useless comment.
The issue is that apparently that one camera is essentially out of range for the WiFi connection to the hub. You could swap cameras around to verify that the issue stays with the location. Relocating the camera for a better connection while still getting the coverage needed would be the solution.

The two cameras are next to each other but one slightly lower.
The Hub has been working all day within no issues, however I got an error the whole morning from the phone app and I wonder if they actually had an outage ??
I have also found that Apple HomeKit cloud storage is not supported. Do you know ?

Arlo has never supported it.

What error message? When exactly (or as close as you can come) were you seeing it?

That looks like it could have been due to the issues Arlo had with logins a couple of days ago. You can always check status.arlo.com to see if something may be going on. The login issue was on May 6 but due to the time zone differences could have been affecting you.
In any event, that's different from what you initially posted about which was for a camera going offline. Switch the 2 cameras around to see if it's the camera or the location that causes the problem.
