I have a basic plan unlimited cameras. I also have Arlo Ultra 2 cameras that records in 4k. I understand that, in the past, the basic plan didn't record in 4k, but now Arlo says it does record in 4k. However, my camera clips are still recording in 2k, and there is no way to adjust that. Arlo support please?
