everything was working fine. On Sept 7th, everything stopped working. Chatted with Arlo for over 2 hrs trying to get things working. Here’s what’s going on…
the base station is connected to internet (blue LED) however it cannot be “located” when adding new device. I have done the factory reset multiple times with Arlo… still won’t locate. Is it possible that the base is defective ?

And the hub was removed from your account? It may just be a faulty hub - I had a somewhat similar issue with an older base station that looked like it should work but I could never get it onboarded. Using a different base solved the problem.

Yes the hub was removed. Honestly, the chat was a waste of time. How did you go about getting a new base station ?

It's likely difficult to buy a new base station these days since they're long out of production. You can buy one of the SmartHubs either through arlo.com or one of the approved vendors.
