Our Arlo system has become effectively useless. For the first two months it worked perfectly, my wife and I are both logged into the Arlo app with our own accounts, two-factor is on. Every time I open the app (a few days apart) it's logged me out, I get my wife to check her phone and same issue. So essentially we don't even know if it's running and are not notified. Anyone else have this issue?

I'll occasionally get a notification of a token issue, requiring me to log back in but that doesn't happen often. It also remembers who I am so the login goes quickly.

I've tried everything. Not sure what to do at this stage!

First thing I'd try is to trigger a recording yourself to see if you get a video and notification.

 

Also, what phone and OS version?

Tested that no triggers save in the app when it’s logged us out.

Waste of $1000 to be honest. Shame. And support from Arlo is useless, forums are good so thanks guys.

Have you tried logging in with my.arlo.com, and see if that works differently?

I just login as normal. No difference that I could see.

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app? And what phone device and OS are you running on your phone?
