- A camera in my system is model number VMS5240-200EUS, firmware 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f, serial number A432117BA46EE, hardware H10, Arlo Ultra 2
Recently my iPhone/iPad Arlo app starts up saying my devices are offline (2 hubs and associated cameras-not necessarily both at the same time) but they are not! I have to close the app, wait a few seconds, restart the app where it mostly still says offline and then wait maybe 20 or 30 seconds when they come back online.
Even more odd, I still get notifications when the app says they are offline!
Any thoughts?
