Camera is showing offline when accessing https://my.arlo.com/ however online when accessing from iPhone app.
When I try Chrome I receive the following error Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error. I have cleared all cookies and cache on both browsers.
Twice now I have tried to chat with support and after advising the above on both occasions just left the chat ?
I then get an email advising to connect to the chat again and then they have tried to contact me .. I haven't received any phone calls ? Tried to call 1800 549 680 and Call Centre is closed ? Its 3pm EST
Has anyone experienced the same or similar ?
