Arlo Ultra says" Firmware update needed" but when I click on Update it tells me "Firmware Updated"  and then clicks right back to " Firmware update needed" > Camera records perfectly but cannot watch live.. Any help is greatly appreciated../.

Reboot your hub to see if that allows the update to occur. If not, reinsert the battery in the camera.
