Hi ive moved into a house which has 3 arlo ultra cameras with a magnetic wire connected to charge the batteries . It also has 1 x arlo wired door bell camera and 1 x arlo chime AC1001 which plugs in .
There is no smartbase and the owner asked that we purchase our own base ..i bought the Arlo Ultra Smart Hub VMB4540, followed instructions but cannot detect in my arlo app..the light is a solid amber..assuming this is because my cameras and door bell were on the previous owners netwrok..how do i change and get everything setup pls any assistance would be highly appreciated as ive tried googling with no luck

What do the LEDs on the hub show? Power and Internet should be green while the Camera LED should be off or solid amber. If that's not what you see, try this procedure:

You need to ask the previous owner to remove/reset the cameras/doorbell so that you can add them to your account. Amber though suggests that There is a connection issue, so is the SmartHub connected to the Internet etc.?

Im unable to connect the smarthub to netwrok it doesnt show up on the app. Made sure its on 2.5 netwrok connected to router via ethernet but still not detectable
