On the phone with Arlo right now. I was told I needed a new subscription because my 5.99 plan was no longer available. That was in March. I got the cvr plan and told my recordings would be in the library. They never showed up. I then called earlier today and the guy said same thing they would be in the library if I plugged the camera in. Still nothing. I finally got a person that knew what he was doing and told me how to find them. That's seven months of worthless Arlo that I had paying 14.99 a month for. I've been on hold for about an hour I think they are just waiting for me to hang up.
