Hello,

I'm new here.

Have had my Arlo running several years, no problem.

 

After recharging both cameras I have two.

One is suddenly only recording 0 seconds (after some days).

So it's starting to record when something moves, but it's 0 seconds, so playing that part in base it's just a flash or breif image. 

Nothing more.

 

Trying to watch live stream it's never connected. 

Just looping and looping trying to connect. 

It's the same from App in Android or when I connect via net to the system from Win10, same loop.

 

The other camera works flawless and they have the same firmware. 

Which is 1.070.51.1_241_87b6bae

 

I have disconneted the camera, and added it as a new, same result but it's found and added to base.

I have done the factory reset (on the camera), connected it again and same result as above.

 

Trying to synch I can hear the shutter opening and closing som some mechanics in the camera sounds, at least, ok.

Blue light are flashing as it should when connecting etc.

 

But I'm unable to see what the camera should se see.

It's close to the base station so, there should be no problem with that.

 

Previously I recharged the camera, and it worked after that, and suddenly it did not, couple of days ago.

 

Please guide me what I can do to get this working, thanks

I suggest trying support next (using the link in the upper right of the forum page).  If you use chat, there will be a chatbot at the beginning (which is probably worth going through), and then you can connect with an agent.
