Arlo Ultra Battery life

Im only getting about a week on the battery even using the Arlo solar panel, except for the one facing due east which last forever has anyone kept the charging cable hooked up permanently

It's usually due to the amount of recording and live viewing a that the camera is being used for. <5 minutes per day is the general spec for battery life. Add up the recording times per day to get a sense of what the average is. If you have activity zones enabled, you need to remove them since a recording has to be made in order for the servers to determine whether to discard a video.

The other possibility is signal strength/quality to that camera. Swap cameras around to see if the issue is with the camera or location.
