Arlo Ultra 2 does not activate with charged battery

I have an Arlo Ultra 2. Just recently I tried inserting a charged battery and the LED flash blue for a moment, but when waiting for at least 2 minutes the camera does not activate.

I tried switching batteries but the camera does not activate. 

Any help is appreciated.

Maybe try a factory reset of the camera.  I recommend the hardware reset method (holding down sync until the LED flashes amber).  Do remember to remove the camera from your account before the reset.
