I have 3 ultra 2 cameras. I cannot see the recordings when the camera react to motion since two days back. I have a sd microcard in the basestation, so it should record locally like it did a few days ago. Anyone had the same problem or have a solution to the problem?

Do you have a subscription? It sounds like you don't but without one you can't have cloud recordings. Have you ejected the SD card from the hub for viewing on a computer to see if new videos are actually there? Have you checked your active mode to ensure the proper one is active and has appropriate rules for the cameras? Rebooting the hub and reformatting the card may be useful (copy all videos off the card first if you want to save them).

Thank you for your answer. I do not have a subscription, that is why I have a sd-card in the basestation. New videos from more than two days are available in arlo app then it suddenly stopped recording. Have not ejected the sd-card to see if there are any videos there but the videos should appear in the app unless it is not an subscription feature to see them in the app as well? The active mode is the right one, as it has been before when it was working and the rules for the cameras are the same as before when it was working. Could it be that this is a subscription feature to show more than 4 videos in the app?

No, definitely not.

Hi again,
Solved. I missed that you need VPN or portforwarding to see videos if not on the same wifi.
