Arlo Ultra 2(VMC5040-200NAS) and USB cable

You can attach a USB cable to provide power to the Ultra 2 camera(VMC5040-200NAS), does this cable also charge the battery inside the camera  at the same time ?

don't quite understand you question.  The only purpose for that USB cable is to charge up the battery inside the camera (via USB charger), hence providing power to the camera.
