We have two Arlo Ultra 2 spotlight cameras and connect get either of the cameras to the base station. We have tried everything advised, including the factory reset. The cameras are only 1.5 years old. Any other suggestions?

What base or hub? Look on the bottom for the label that shows VMBxxxx. Have you rebooted the base/hub? Does the base/hub show in your account as online? Any other cameras connected to it? Exactly what have you tried and what do you see?
