Arlo Ultra 2 Camera Dead From Box

Bought brand new Ultra 2 Bundle with 3 cameras, Model VMC5040 and none of the 3 will show any LED lights but base station is fine connecting with door bell and old Arlo Pro cameras.  Bought AC power cords and still no LED lights.  Any ideas?

When on AC power, have you tried both with and without batteries installed?

I am currently dealing with my 3rd box with the same problem.

Now dealing for a solution with Arlo support !

There must have been a bad batch of Ultra 2 cameras ....
