I have a brand new Arlo Ultra 2 with a VMB5000r6 base station unit that will not connect to my Apple HomeKit. I have tried connecting through the Arlo App as well as the HomeKit app. On the Arlo app I get a message saying “Connecting to Accessory” and it stays stuck on that screen for several minutes and never does connect.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

I restated the Base Station/Hub. I tried setting up HomeKit again and I am still getting the same errors. Is it preferred to use the Arlo app or the Home app to setup the HomeKit interface?
