Alerts but no recordings

Hi i installed my new 2 arlo ultra 2 and the new basestation, i also brought over a arlo pro 3 that i paid 2.49 for the cloud recordings on my old basestation.
Sice doing that i get an alert to say motion detected from that camera, but there is no recording, i go into the options and record video is grayed out and it says i need to pay tor cloud recordings but i do, any ideas?

Is the 2 Ultra 2 more then 3 month old or brand new? If the 3 month trial ran out you need a subscription for them also for cloud recordings.
