I am having trouble with my Arlo cameras bought it back in the day six camera system stop giving me notifications yesterday about 2:00 and I have not been able to get notifications after reset it reset my phone did everything is there anybody knows what to do to get this thing fixed

The quick answer is to remove the base and the old cameras from your account and set it back up as if new. However, I could see a problem since you say you have the 6 camera set which requires specific handling. @JamesC , @ShayneS , or @BrookeN can you provide info as to how to allow all 6 cameras to be added back without a subscription?

Looking into the account it appears all the cameras are online. Are these different cameras or were you able to resolve the behavior you were seeing?
