Hi-
Hoping someone can help with this problem. Am trying to change Arlo access from a work email address (which no longer exists) to a personal email address. When I try to login, it looks for 2FA, but under "try another option" only thing listed is email, not a phone #.
Chat does not give me this option.
Can a moderator please assist? Saw that ShayneS helped others via PM, but I don't have that option!
Please help!
