After two years of use, we've tried all the settings, but the image quality is still disappointing. There’s no way this can be called 4K – the picture is blurry and unclear. We are disappointed and expected much better quality. A complete waste of money.

I'm sorry, Shayne, but you know, too, that the quality of footage is sub par. And I agree with the user above - over the years the decision has been made to reduce frames per second and also to compress the video. Indeed, my ultras' image quality is blurry with faces difficult to see, especially at nighttime.
