Dear Arlo family,

 

In order to make your Arlo experience better, Arlo online services will be temporarily unavailable as we make maintenance upgrades on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from approximately 10:30-10:45pm PST.

During this time, new customers will not be able to sign in or register their Arlo product. For existing customers, your cameras will continue to operate normally and record videos into your library but you will not be able to sign in to your account during that time.  

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

hello, since two days ago i ve lost access to my cameras in windows or ios ambient, devices are now  offline or not powered as per messages but all is good, i have tested all the infrastructure and all is well except the device communication-streaming not working.

what else can i do from now on.

My entire base station is now offline.  Not very impressed!

I didn't really pay attention, but I noticed one of my cameras stopped responding (Offline).  The last response was on Dec. 16.  This upgrade is the only thing different since replacing the batteries with new ones.  The range from the base station has dramatically decreased and that's why it's not working at it's original mounted location.  If I remove the camera and walk it near the base station, it responds/works.  What can be done to fix this issue?
