please help me. canceled subscription and still being charged. can't get ahold of ANYONE. help is only available for "subscribers"

 

please please help me. I can't afford this. It feels like a scam.

Can you please reach out to me?  I canceled my subscription a long time ago.  However, I see 9.99 being charged to my bank account.  No subscriptions show on the website or mobile app. I could not find a phone or e-mail or where to change my payment information.
