only have video history of last 14 days

Hi everyone,

 

I just subscribe the smart plan for multiple cameras. However, I was only able to see videos in the last 14 days instead of last 30 days as the plan claims. Does anyone have an idea what just happened?

I'm not sure but we've suggested subscribing to various plans to folks who want old videos to be visible with mixed results. This may be a case in point where the videos are being deleted by the system  due to the lack of subscription. Can't say that this is true but it would seem to make sense.

 

Going forward shouldn't be an issue - you should see the library build up day by day.
