Why is it so difficult to get a receipt?

I previously reached out Customer service to asked for the last receipts because they just stopped arriving by email.
When I contacted the support team, they wanted to know the reason why I was asking for these receipts. It took a long time for me to get them and Customer service mentioned to me that I will not have more problems receiving the invoices from that moment on. Nothing happen.
Can the SUPPORT TEAM please send me the monthly receipts?
Can you please send me in a monthly basis the receipts without me having to ask for them every month?

Start a web chat with them and they will email them to you. They say that they are "migrating" blah blah blah, same thing people complained about two years ago. I'm just going to request them annually now for business accounting purposes. It's ridiculous we have to contact them to get receipts.

I switched to paying with PayPal and I’ll get the receipt from them.
