Unable to purchase subscription

Before making this post I tried to find out if the error had already been corrected but from what I have investigated and what is happening to me I see that it has not.

I have 6 cameras and I am trying to buy a subscription package to have some recording but the page keeps loading.

Is there any way to solve this?, I have tried different types of web browsers but all to no avail.
