My arlo camera somehow got disconnected from my account and I am still getting charged $2.99 a month for my Arlo Secure Plan. The camera was linked to my partner's account through a shared account and she is unable to remove this camera from her account in attempt to re-set up our camera. I am unable to contact support because my camera is no longer connected to my account yet Arlo is still charging me a monthly subscription.
