Unable to activate Arlo Smart free trial

I follow up the instruction to activate the free trial. I enter my credit card on the "Payment Info" page and click "Continue". A pop up window "Complete Payment" show up for a few seconds and disappear. I then back to the "Payment Info". I try another credit card and same issue. How can I activate the free trial?

Were you trying to activate your free trial through your computer or phone? What device were you trying to activate this?

Hi @JessicaP,

 

I tried to activate on computer and Andriod phone.

 

In my account, I have Arlo Pro II and Arlo Q Plus.

Do you receive any error when trying to sign up for the free trial? Try to clear your cookies and cache on both your Android phone and computer and try on different browsers to see if that helps.

I didn't saw any error message.

 

Cleared cache on my Android phone and 2 difference browser. Tried again and still the same.
