Trying to subscribe but no option to subscribe? See screenshot.

Hi there, I hope you can help me. Im trying to subscribe as it shows in the attached image however it said no subscriptions and there's no option to subscribe.

The Ultra cams come with a 1 year trial to smart premier not sure if that expired. Also what happens when you dismiss the notice as shown in your pic. Are you seeing recordings in you library?

Are you in a country that can get a subscription? There's an FAQ here that details the countries which can do so.

That's the problem. If you check the FAQ here that lists countries which can get subscriptions, the list is rather short. I have never heard why this is so but it probably revolves around financial and legal issues.
