Does anyone else have their system go offline when there is lot of motion activity?

So weird that most times when I check in at home everything works, but soon as I get some activity on the cams the whole system seems like it gets overwhelmed and goes offline.

Sometimes using my app vs PC will work, but right now all systems offline, but I can check the CVR and see live view from within CVR view, but otherwise this is what I get. Both on phone and PC (restarted PC)

What is your internet upload bandwidth?

20 mbps upload,   1,000 down

The limited upload bandwidth might be a factor (it depends on what other devices are sharing that bandwidth).

Though the web client is also somewhat broken - one of my cameras always shows up as offline in the browser, but not in the iOS app.

How are the cameras connected - to a base or hub (which one) or via WiFi (specify the cameras)?

I'd start by rebooting the router and hub, if any, in that order to see if that helps.

several are connected to a base (pro 1s and pro 2s), and several others to a hub (the pro 4s and ultras), none directly to WiFi.

Restarted the Ultra's hub and disarmed activity alert. Hoping I can still just live view as several are CVR's anyway.

You may want to consider factory reset on all base, hubs and cameras to give you a reference starting point.

This understandably incurs risk so you should be prepared if the equipment fails to be recovered.

Note your settings before hand to make the setup quicker as there is no method to recover operational  settings.

How many cameras do you have and how many are using the CVR subscription?
