I have 3 essential Spotlight cameras that I grant access to my family members and everything was working fine.

I bought a Smarthub VM4540 and add cameras to it and now, granted users cannot have access to cameras live stream.

I try to remove users and sent them a new invitation but it’s not working.

How can I give them access to my cameras ?

Do the users show up in your list of granted access users?
