Hello I have the smart hub set up with my cameras but my cameras don’t save the videos to the smart hub how do I get them to connect to the smart hub to save videos in there I have tried everything I can think of

You have to remove the cameras from your account and add them back, choosing to connect them to the hub. However, not all cameras, especially newer ones, can connect to a hub so tell us your camera model(s).
