I have a pro 2 system, 1 camera is sending smart notifications to my phone, the one on the front door does not seem to be triggering motion. Under ArloSmart>Smart notifications> all options are turned on on both cameras. So what am I missing?

I'd first check that the problem camera can live stream. Then I'd try the motion detection test. https://kb.arlo.com/1114344/How-do-I-use-the-motion-detection-test-for-my-Arlo-device
If you are using activity zones, then also try deleting them and see if that resolves it. If if does, try re-creating them.
