Smart Activity Zones

Activity Zones work perfectly with my 2 Arlo Ultra cameras. On an Arlo Pro 2 I get Smart Alerts without Activity Zones but no alerts with them. As soon as I delete the Activity Zones I start getting alerts again. I have People alerts on all 3 cameras. Same behavior when I enable All Other Motion. What am I missing?

With activity zones enabled, you should still get alerts for motion occurring inside the zone.

Try rebooting your base station, do you still experience the same behavior?

I have the Ultra. Activity zones do not work. I think the pro system was better. Everything worked fine with the pro. The only good thing about the ultra that works is the solar chargers. They are great. I have tried robooting the hub, deleting and adding the app back, and removing the devices and adding them back. Nothing seems to work.

The engineering team is investigating reported issues with activity zone accuracy with Ultra. I will provide an update when I have more information.
