Signing up for Smart Plans For Arlo Go Camera?

This has been a pain in the rear. Really like the camera. After my initial free period I’m trying to purchase a plan for my Arlo Go camera and I can’t seem to. There are no option under setting it’s in the app. I can’t do it online. I am frustrated beyond frustrated because I am wasting so much time nd effort on something that should be simple. I just want to purchase a monthly plan for the camera. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

What device are you using to sign up for the Arlo Smart Plans?

You can try logging in through your computer at Arlo > Settings > Subscription > Upgrade Plan. Let me know if you're still having problems.
