So I subscribed to the Arlo Smart Premier and on my account I can see all of the features. My wife has access to see the cameras on her app via the the authorized user feature but she can’t see the Aro Smart features it is grayed out. Does the Arlo Smart subscription is per user? Or per household (cameras). Makes no sense to me that we have to pay 2 times .

Could you let me know which features exactly is not working for the grant access user? Does she have administrator rights?
