Save 35% Premier promo not working from May 19 2020 to Jun 30 2020

Anyone know why when I try to activate the “limited time offer 35% off smart premier” code won’t work? Says the coupon code is invalid but the email clearly says “offer valid from May 19,2020 through June 30,2020. Also, how would this affect my current free trial that came with the ultra purchase of which I have 3 months remaining?

Don't  know about the promo coupon working but usually if you subscribe now you would be charged now even though your your trial will still show. So if you have three month left its probably not worth it. Not saying it should work that way but it does with arlo.
