I have an Arlo Pro system, Base station model VMB4000r3, (FW 1.20.7.0_4237-cf4d59a) and 3 H14 cameras for night-time outdoor use and the IR LEDs are failing, IOS.  I would like to remove and replace the IR Board but have no idea where to find new ones.

1.  Are they available somewhere online or through Arlo?

2.  Or should I just consider replacing the LED's themselves?

Arlo does not see the parts you are looking for.

FWIW, I haven't seen any posts here from anyone else looking to do this either.  I guess it could be an interesting DIY project - let us know how it goes if you succeed.

There is another option, which would be to illuminate the area with an independent IR floodlight with an on/off photo sensor.  You can find them for $20-$50.  One drawback is that they do require power.

Yes, i too am considering add-on LED arrays.  I think it's just a cleaner job of it to keep it one device.

If i do change the LEDs, which i will likely do whether i get new cameras or not,  i will document it and gladly share it with the group.

Thanks for the reply!
